We offer a free 30-minute initial consultation appointment to discuss your medical history, previous treatments, areas of concern and aesthetic goals. We then work with you to develop a treatment plan based on the information discussed during your initial consultation and facial analysis.

Yes, we provide non-surgical medical treatments designed to reduce fine lines and wrinkles by targeting the underlying facial muscles. This effectively softens dynamic wrinkles, which develop over time from repeated facial expressions like smiling, frowning, or raising your eyebrows.

You will see your results reach full affect usually within 2-3 weeks. These results typically last 3 to 4 months

Yes, we treat volume loss in the face by using a non-surgical approach to achieve a more youthful looking appearance. It works by restoring volume loss, contouring the face and smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles

This can depend on a variety of variables. Treatment can last anywhere 6 - 18 months. However, this can depend on the type of treatment, the product used and other individual factors such as lifestyle. 

Yes, there may be side effects although they are generally temporary and/or mild. 

The most common side effects are bruising, swelling, redness, sensitivity and tenderness. These can be managed with appropriate aftercare. Please ensure you follow the advice provided by your healthcare practitioner. Some rare complications can occur during or following your treatments such as allergy, anaphylaxis and vessel occlusion. Please discuss any concerns you have with your treating practitioner and follow all aftercare instructions. Your safety is our top priority

At Lush, our treatments are performed by qualified registered nurses

 No, your safety is our top priority. For this reason, we do not provide treatments to clients who are pregnant. We strongly advise against any cosmetic aesthetic procedures during pregnancy as a precaution, due to the limited research available on their potential effects on the unborn baby.

We accept, EFTPOS, cash & Afterpay. 

At Lush Aesthetics Australia, we understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. We respectfully require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling and cancellation of appointments. This is to ensure that our practitioners are available for all of your needs as well as the needs of all of our other clients and patients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to be seen.  Therefore, Lush Aesthetics Australia requires a $50 deposit when booking an appointment. Deposits are strictly non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and/or miss your scheduled appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited and will not be redeemable on treatments booked for a later date. 

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding of our cancellation policy which will enable us to utilise otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of our clients. 

All aesthetic medical treatments at Lush Aesthetics Australia require a consultation with a medical practitioner.

Due to governing body guidelines, we do not promote wrinkle reduction or facial volumising treatments on social media or on our website. This includes refraining from sharing before-and-after photos of services involving scheduled medications. If you would like to see our work, we invite you to book an in-person consultation, where we can showcase the aesthetic results achieved in our clinic.

Please note that these guidelines only restrict our ability to advertise scheduled medications; they do not impact our ability to use them. We continue to offer a range of non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments in our clinic.

Additionally, we are unable to publicly share patient reviews of non-surgical aesthetic treatments due to the same regulations. However, we still encourage you to share your experiences with us- we love celebrating your feedback!
