Volume Loss & Skin Laxity Consultations in Beenleigh & Logan
Supportive, nurse-led facial assessment for changes in facial structure, firmness and skin quality.
As our face changes over time, many people begin to notice subtle shifts in facial shape, contour, skin firmness and overall skin support. These changes may appear as softening through the cheeks, heaviness around the lower face, reduced definition through the jawline, creasing, hollowing, or a general feeling that the skin no longer looks as firm or refreshed as it once did.
At Lush Aesthetics Australia in Beenleigh, our Volume Loss & Skin Laxity Consultations are designed to help you better understand what may be contributing to these visible changes and what options may be suitable for your individual concerns. This consultation links closely with our Facial Assessment process, giving you a personalised, educational and considered approach before any cosmetic or skin treatment is discussed.
This page contains general information only. Individual results vary. A consultation does not guarantee suitability for any treatment. All treatments are subject to assessment, clinical suitability and informed consent by a qualified Registered Nurse.
Our clinic supports clients across Beenleigh, Logan, Loganholme, Eagleby, Mount Warren Park, Holmview, Waterford West, Shailer Park, Meadowbrook, Daisy Hill and surrounding Logan City suburbs.
Understanding Volume Loss & Skin Laxity
What is volume loss?
Volume loss refers to visible changes in facial fullness, structure and support. This may be influenced by the natural ageing process, genetics, lifestyle factors, weight changes, sun exposure, skin quality and changes in the underlying facial tissues over time.
What is skin laxity?
Skin laxity refers to changes in firmness, elasticity and support within the skin. Clients may notice skin that feels less firm, fine creasing, softening around the lower face, or a change in how the face appears at rest. These concerns can occur gradually and may affect each person differently.
A consultation does not assume that treatment is required. It is an opportunity to assess your skin, discuss your concerns and explore suitable options in a safe, ethical and personalised way.

Our Consultation-First Approach
At Lush Aesthetics Australia, we believe aesthetic care should be considered, personalised and never rushed. Your consultation is designed to give you clarity, not pressure.
During your appointment, your Registered Nurse will take time to understand your concerns, medical history, previous treatments, lifestyle factors, skin health, treatment goals and expectations. We will assess your face holistically, considering skin quality, facial movement, facial balance, volume changes, firmness and areas of concern.
Where appropriate, we may discuss a personalised treatment plan. This may include skin-focused treatments, collagen-supportive approaches, professional skincare, treatment sequencing, maintenance planning, or referral where another healthcare pathway may be more suitable.
Not every client is suitable for every treatment. If a treatment is not appropriate for you, we will explain why and discuss alternative options, including the option of no treatment. Any recommendation depends on your individual assessment, clinical suitability and informed consent.

FAQ’s
Is this a treatment appointment or a consultation?
This is a consultation appointment. Your appointment is designed to assess your concerns, discuss suitability and provide personalised education. Treatment options, if appropriate, are discussed after assessment. No treatment will be performed without your informed consent.
Will I be told what treatment I need?
You will receive professional guidance based on your individual assessment, but you will not be pressured into any treatment. We will explain suitable options, relevant considerations, potential risks, aftercare expectations and whether treatment is appropriate for you. The decision is always yours.
Can skin laxity be improved with skincare alone?
Skincare can support skin health, hydration, texture and barrier function, but the most appropriate approach depends on your individual concern and assessment. Some clients may benefit from skincare and skin-focused treatments, while others may require a broader treatment plan. This is discussed during your consultation.
What areas can be assessed?
Common areas include the cheeks, lower face, jawline, chin, temples, under-eye area, neck and overall facial balance. Assessment is individual and depends on your concerns and goals.
Do results vary?
Yes. Every person’s skin, anatomy, ageing process, lifestyle and treatment suitability are different. No specific outcome can be guaranteed. Any treatment recommendation will be based on your individual assessment and informed consent.
Is there any downtime from the consultation?
There is no downtime from the consultation itself. If treatment is later recommended and you choose to proceed, aftercare requirements and expected recovery will be discussed thoroughly before any treatment begins.
I am not sure what I need. Can I still book?
Yes. Many clients come to us knowing something has changed, but unsure where to start. A consultation is the best first step if you would like professional guidance before choosing a treatment pathway. You are not obligated to proceed with any treatment.
Do you see clients from Logan?
Yes. Our clinic is located in Beenleigh within Hev’s Beauty, and we regularly support clients from Logan, Loganholme, Eagleby, Holmview, Waterford West, Meadowbrook, Shailer Park, Daisy Hill and nearby suburbs.
